Handglides

Handglides

Step 1: Put your elbow between your navel and hipbone.

Step 2: Now put your elbow on the spot between your navel and hipbone
and get on the floor.

Step 3: Now lean forward and support your weight on your hand. Try to balance. Before moving on you should be able to hold it for at least 10-15 seconds. People vary.

Step 4: Now, with your elbow in your stomach, parallel to the ground,
hand face down pointing forwards and with your whole body being held up
by your hand (your arm should be 90 degrees)

Step 5: Now that you can balance on this freeze position for about 10-15
seconds you can start the tapping.

Step 6: Place a plastic bag, rag, glove, or something to take off
the friction and with your free hand, start to push yourself
around and around on your hand.

Step 7: You will fall on your shoulder a lot so get ready, so you'll be able
to land more easily as you catch yourself with your whole side and not just
your shoulder.

UFOs

UFOs

There are two kinds of UFOs:

UFO Floats
----------
This move is a variation on the Turtle.

Do the same motion as the Turtle but:

Step 1: Keep your body in the air without balancing on your elbows.

Step 2: Keep your legs further away from your body than your arms.

UFO Glides
----------
Step 1: Get into a Handglide position.

Step 2: Tap with your free hand to gain speed and momentum.

Step 3: When you've got enough speed, bring your free hand down over your
spinning hand.

Step 4: Continue spinning with your free hand down over your spinning hand.

Your arms will be straight and your body elevated when you get enough
speed. It’s also good to use something for the spinning hand.

Knee Drop

Knee Drop

Step 1: Put your left leg behind your right leg.

Step 2: Now collapse your left leg so you kind of fall to the floor. Both knees
bent, legs crossed, and touching each other. Your left knee should be touching the back
part of your right knee.

Step 3: Put your hands down as if you are going to start to do a six step (1st position).
(I usally don’t do this and my right knee lands on my left foot and I stand up and spin
while doing it. Do this step if you want to go into footwork).

Step 4: Now you can start to do a six step or whatever you want.

Turtle

Turtle

Step 1: Start in a kneeling position with both of your knees on the ground,
and your thighs apart. Your legs should be spread a little and bent
up at the knee to help maintain balance.

Step 2: Lift your body with your both your hands. Keep your elbows bent
at a 90 degree angle and under your body. Put your elbows between your
hips and belly button. Your hands are positioned from
go from your chest to the ground like a straight vertical line.

Step 3: Keep your elbows on your hips not in your stomach or at your side.
Keep your hands far apart.

Step 4: You move by "walking" on your hands in pattern like a figure-eight
on the floor as you spin.

Step 5: The spin is continued by shifting your weight from one hand to the
next as you rotate and move your hands under your body.
(Before trying, try to be able to hold this position for at least 20
seconds, make sure your body is flat and not shooting up in the air).

The Worm

The Worm

Original Worm
----
Step 1: First you start out in push-up position on the ground with your whole
body touching the ground.

Step 2: Swing your legs and thighs up putting your weight on the waist up.

Step 3: Push up your arms while your legs go down so the space under you
flows forward.

Step 4: Repeat the steps.

It may look like you're humping the ground unless you do it right.
It's easy to learn but difficult to master. Once you get better at it
try moving side to side by tucking in your right elbow and going left
to right make sure you land on your side or else you can't get enough
momentum for a second one. Also try using one hand. Use one hand to
grab your shoulder then try doing worms. If you're skilled enough try
the super worm by putting your hands in front of you like superman does.
You can practice by lifting your legs and putting your weight on your
hips and chest.

Backwards Worm
----
It starts like #1 but instead of lifting your legs you lift your
shoulders up until it reaches your hips then you use your legs to
hop up, use your arms to move backwards and your chest goes down
before your legs. You can start this by going from a dolphin dive
it's kind of like a falling handstand where you slowly move down
towards your chest then to your stomach then you do the backwards
worm.

Apple Jax

Apple Jax

Two-Handed 1-Foot AppleJax:
----
Step 1: You start in a crouching position, on your toes hands about 3 inches
off the ground.

Step 2: Then you kick forward as hard as you can with (left or right foot) and
simultaneously put your fingertips on the floor beside your hips. You want to
try to hit the top of your thighs against your chest.

Step 3: As you kick your feet back down (as hard as you can) bring your chest
forward and land back like you started in step 1.

Two-Handed 2-Foot AppleJax:
----
Step 1: Start in crouch

Step 2: Jump a little bit, kick forward with both feet and simultaneously put your fingertips on the floor.(Like a crab with feet up)

Step 3: Right after the top of your thighs hit your chest, Simultaneously kick them forward and lean your chest forward so your back to step 1(a crouch).

One-Handed 1-foot AppleJax;
----
Step 1: Start in a crouch

Step 2: Kick forward with your left or right leg and use only your left or right
hand(the same one you kicked with) to put on the floor.

Step 3: As you kick forward, use the hand that's not on the ground and swing it
Forward to help u back onto your feet.

One-Handed 2-Foot AppleJax
----
Step 1: Start in a crouch

Step 2: Jump back a little and kick with both feet and try to hit them against your chest(You have to lean on the side of which arm your using).

Step 3: As you kick your feet back forward, push forward with your arms to help you back up into a crouching position.

Cricket

Cricket

Step 1: The turtle position must be mastered. Your balance must be flawless.
Otherwise you probably shouldn't try this move.

Step 2: Get in the turtle position. Then bend or curl your legs at the knees
so your feet come in closer to your body. Kick your feet upward/outward
while pushing very hard with your hands. You should hop into the air when
you do this and then come back down onto your hands. Be careful not to
injure your wrists or hit your chin or knees on the floor.

Step 3: Once you can do that, with each hop you take try turning your body a
little bit in one direction so that you land facing a different direction
then when you started. Try just hopping really high, but facing the same
direction. Do this repeatedly and you have crickets

Valdez

Valdez

Step 1: Sitting position your hands on hands on the floor.

Step 2: Swing your right hand behind your back.

Step 3: Then your left hand while your right hand going up in the air
try to look at your left hand and do side cartwheel over it. Like
a back walkover.

HollowBack

Practise on the wall first. Stand about 1 metre away, just enough so it's one full straight kick distance... place your hands on the floor, about shoulder width apart, and jump forward. Kinda scary when you start, so you can stand closer to the wall if you want, but for proper training, 1 metre at least. Put a matress or something if you want, or wear a helmet incase you slipped.

Keep your arms straight, tuck your chin in, and relax your shoulder. Straigthen your back as much as possible if you can. Remember to breathe out, don't hold your breath. When you slip or fall down, don't throw your hands up like a lot of people do. Instead, just lower your legs before your butt so they'd land first before your back. Try to throw yourself to the side too so you don't land on your spine, or worse, head.

It's better to learn unsupported handstand first before hollow back.
